Work Experience
• Steve Stark has appeared as counsel before all levels of provincial and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as before various administrative tribunals, including professional disciplinary boards, agricultural marketing boards and the Employment Insurance Commission. He has also represented clients in hearings held under the Commercial Arbitration Act, and at federal provincial conferences in the agricultural marketing sector.
